Project Quotations

All quotations are estimates based on the information provided by the client. Final pricing may vary depending on project scope, material selection, and design modifications.

Items Not Included in the Project Scope

• Electronic & Home Appliances: Any kind of electronics/home appliances, including TV, refrigerator (fridge), AC, and main door digital lock.
• Fans: Ceiling fans (pankha) and exhaust fans.
• Electricals: Switch plates, basic wiring and switches are provided by the builder and are not included here, AC piping and labour.
• Bedding & Furnishings: Mattress, comforter, bedsheet, and pillow.
• Decor & Fittings: Decorative lights, flower pots, and CCTV cameras.
• Nets & Grills: Mosquito net, bird net (balcony net), and building grill.
• Fabrication & Structural: Any kind of fabrication work (MS/building fabrication).
• Bathroom: Bathroom accessories.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate project information
• Approving drawings and designs before execution
• Making payments according to the agreed schedule
• Providing site access when required

Intellectual Property

All drawings, layouts, renderings, concepts, and designs created by Team Design Factory remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

• Client-requested revisions
• Material availability
• Site conditions
• Government approvals
• Unforeseen circumstances

Payments

Payments shall be made according to the agreed payment schedule. Delayed payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

Cancellation

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. Any completed work up to the cancellation date will be chargeable.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays or damages caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, supplier delays, or government restrictions.
